TechonForged ("we," "our," or "us") operates the MaxRep mobile application and the techonforged.com website. This Privacy Policy describes how we handle information in connection with our products and services.
Information We Do Not Collect
MaxRep does not collect, transmit, or store any personal information. The app operates entirely offline. No account is required, no login is required, and no data is ever sent to any server. All data you enter — including workout weights, personal records, and settings — is stored locally on your device only and never leaves it.
We do not collect:
- Names, email addresses, or contact information
- Location data
- Health or fitness data beyond what you voluntarily enter locally
- Device identifiers or usage analytics
- Crash reports or diagnostic data
Advertising
MaxRep displays banner advertisements served by Google AdMob. AdMob may collect certain non-personal device information to serve contextual ads in accordance with Google's own privacy policies. You can review Google's data practices at policies.google.com/privacy .
A one-time in-app purchase is available to permanently remove all ads. After purchasing, AdMob is no longer loaded or active within the app.
In-App Purchases
MaxRep offers a one-time in-app purchase to remove banner advertisements permanently. All payment processing is handled entirely by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive or store any payment information.
This Website
The techonforged.com website is a static informational site. We do not use cookies, tracking pixels, or analytics scripts. The Contact form is processed by Formspree; any information you submit through the contact form is subject to Formspree's Privacy Policy .
Children's Privacy
Our products are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Because MaxRep collects no personal information from any user, there is no special risk to children from using the app.
Data Deletion
Because we hold no personal data about you, there is nothing for us to delete on request. All MaxRep data stored on your device can be removed by deleting the app.
